With a majority of just ONE in the House of Commons . . .
the Conservative Party (and Boris Johnson in particular), will be concerned that forcing through a Brexit no-deal, if the need arises, is now perhaps a non-starter. No doubt the weekend papers will be full of opinions on the implications of the Brecon & Radnor by-election and what it means for Brexit. It will be interesting to hear Boris Johnson's thoughts on the matter and to see if it affects any of the statements he's made about Brexit - it's timing and it's terms - so far.
The fact of the matter though is that, if Brexit happens, anyone who sells cosmetic products and is registered on the EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP) will need to register on the new UK Cosmetic Portal. How and when this will happen won't be clear until nearer the planned date for Brexit of October 31st. We'll update this Blog as soon as any more facts are made public.
